摘要:
目的 总结极低出生体重儿急性期早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)行荧光素眼底血管造影的护理要点。方法 收集2018年5月至2020年5月在西京医院眼科就诊,并通过广角数码儿童视网膜成像系统在全身麻醉下行荧光素眼底血管造影的极低出生体重急性期ROP的病例资料。详细记录患儿的一般资料、特殊疾病史、诊治过程,总结分析荧光素眼底血管造影检查前、检查中和检查后的护理配合情况。结果 共纳入57例患儿。经充分的术前准备、术中和术后护理,所有患儿均顺利完成检查。1例患儿发生过敏反应,经药物治疗后好转; 2例患儿术后拔管时心率下降,经抢救后生命体征平稳。结论 合理的护理流程、规范化的护理操作,对积极预防极低出生体重儿急性期ROP行荧光素眼底血管造影术后并发症的发生至关重要。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the essentials of nursing care for very-low-birth-weight preterm infants with retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)in the acute phase that underwent fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA).Methods The data of very-low-birth-weight infants with ROP in the acute phase that underwent FA were collected from May 2018 to May 2020,in the Department of Ophthalmology,Xijing Hospital.The general information,personal disease history,diagnosis and treatment process of the children were recorded,and the nursing cooperation before,during and after FFA examination was summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 57 patients were included in this study.After adequate preoperative preparation,intraoperative and postoperative care,all children successfully completed the examination.One patient developed anaphylaxis and improved after drug treatment.The heart rate of two children decreased after extubation,but their vital signs were stable after rescue.Conclusions Reasonable nursing process and standardized nursing operation are very important to actively prevent the complications after FFA in very-low-birth-weight preterm infants with ROP.
