摘要:
目的 对国内外糖尿病足溃疡物理维度的测量工具和技术进行范围综述。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,系统总结糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer, DFU)物理维度的各种测量工具和技术的信效度、工作原理、优势和局限性。结果 共检索文献3077篇,最终纳入8项研究,其中:7项研究涉及DFU的面积测量,1项研究涉及面积和体积的测量。临床上对DFU测量工具的选择尚未统一,目前面积测量最准确的是ImageJ软件,最常用的是人工测量法; 在信效度方面,ImageJ软件测量信度最高,Visitrak系统的效度最高,不同的研究所使用的信效度指标也有所差异。结论 临床中尚缺乏便捷且精准的DFU测量仪器,未来的DFU测量工具应在临床环境中建立统一的标准并逐步标准化; 人工智能、数码相机以及互联网等新兴技术也是未来DFU测量技术发展的重要方向,并可将其应用于远程医疗。
Abstract:
Objective To conduct a scoping review on the measurement tools and techniques of physical dimensions of diabetic foot ulcers(DFU).Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were searched.The reliability,validity,working principle,advantages,and limitations of different tools and techniques for measuring the physical dimensions of DFU were analyzed.Results A total of 3077 literatures were searched,and 8 studies were finally included,of which 7 involved the area measurement of DFU and 1 involved the area and volume measurement.The choice of DFU measurement tools has not been unified in clinic.At present,ImageJ software is the most accurate area measurement,and manual measurement is the most commonly used.In terms of reliability and validity,ImageJ software had the highest reliability,VISITRAK system had the highest validity,and the reliability and validity indicators used in different studies were also different.Conclusions There is a lack of convenient,fast,and accurate DFU measuring instruments in clinical.In the future,DFU measurements should be standardized and progressively standardized in clinical.Artificial intelligence,digital camera,Internet and other emerging technologies are also important directions for the development of DFU measurement technology in the future,and should be applied to telemedicine.
