摘要:
目的 了解外周静脉短导管冲管法的操作规范执行情况。方法 2020年8-12月,在湖北省12个地级市的12所医院便利抽取405名护士为研究对象,并对其外周静脉短导管冲管方法操作的规范情况进行调查。结果 405名护士中,59.75%的护士选用生理盐水作为冲管液; 52.38%的护士选用3～5 ml的冲管剂量; 91.29%的护士选用脉冲式冲管法,55.88%的护士选择冲管速度≤10 ml/min,45.82%的护士选用脉冲式冲管推注力度为推0.2 ml停0.5 s,45.93%的护士选择每24 h冲洗1次; 77.78%的护士采用正确正压封管技术,52.35%的护士选择余留0.5～1.0 ml冲管液来正压封管,51.36%的护士选用有针输液接头(肝素帽)。结论 外周静脉短导管冲管法的操作规范执行基本到位,但护士执业安全防范意识有待加强,外周静脉短导管冲管类型、脉冲式冲管推注力度与速率需要进一步研究和规范,以便指导临床工作。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the implementation of the operating standard of the short peripheral catheter flushing method, and to provide reference for standard flushing care.Methods 405 nurses from 12 hospitals of 12 prefecture-level cities were selected randomly and investigated in the implementation of operating standard of the short peripheral catheter flushing method.Results 59.75% of the 405 nurses chose normal saline as the flushing fluid.52.38% of the 405 nurses chose the flushing dose of 3-5 ml.91.29% of the 405 nurses chose the pulse flushing method.55.88% of the 405 nurses chose the flushing speed ≤10 ml/min.45.82% of the 405 nurses used the injection force of pulse flushing is 0.2 ml for 0.5 s.45.93% of the 405 nurses choose to flush once every 24 h.77.78% of the 405 nurses used the tube sealing technology of positive pressure correctly.52.35% of the 405 nurses choose to leave 0.5-1.0 ml flushing liquid for positive pressure sealing tube.51.36% of the 405 nurses used needle infusion connector(heparin cap).Conclusions The nurses in the survey perform to the operating standard in general,but their awareness of safety precautions in practice needs to be strengthened.The type of short peripheral catheter flushing,the pulsed flushing bolus intensity and speed still need further standardization for the guidance of clinical work.
