摘要:
目的 对实习护生人文关怀行为的现状及影响因素进行调查分析,为进一步完善我国护生的人文关怀理论体系提供参考依据。方法 便利抽样选取山东半岛地区4所三级甲等医院的309名实习护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表及中文版关怀行为量表对其进行调查。结果 309名实习护生的人文关怀行为总分为(121.37±19.94)分,处于中等水平,3个维度的得分从高到低依次为支持和保证、知识和技能、尊重和联系,其中从临床老师感受到的关怀、从学校老师感受到的关怀、对人文关怀内容的主观熟悉程度、学历是护生人文关怀行为的主要影响因素。结论 山东半岛地区的护生人文关怀能力还有待提高,应更加重视护理人文关怀教育与示范,合理设置人文关怀课程,增强关怀行为。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of humanistic caring behaviors of nursing interns,so as to provide reference for further improving the humanistic caring theoretical system of nursing students in our country.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 309 nursing interns from four tertiary hospitals in Shandong Peninsula.The general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Caring Behavior Scale were used for investigation.Results The total score of humanistic caring behaviors of the 309 nursing interns was(121.37±19.94),which was at a medium level.The three dimensions with the highest to the lowest scores were support and guarantee,knowledge and skills,respect and connection in order.The perceived care from clinical teachers,the perceived care from school teachers,the subjective familiarity with humanistic care,and the educational background were the main influencing factors of the humanistic caring behaviors of nursing interns.Conclusions Humanistic caring ability of nursing interns in Shandong Peninsula needs to be improved.More attention should be paid to nursing humanistic caring education and demonstration.Humanistic caring courses should be reasonably established to enhance caring behaviors.
